I joined the Physician Recruitment team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in August of 2021 after working for the health system as an administrative manager. I was put in touch with Paige Livingston at Baystate Medical Center a few months into my new role as a way to gain mentorship outside of our team, and as a way to network with colleagues working for different healthcare systems. Paige and I immediately connected on a personal and professional level. Her willingness to speak with me immediately put me at ease and allowed me to ask questions without hesitation. Paige is extremely knowledgeable of all things recruitment related, kind, and down to earth.
