NEPRA Mentor Program
The key to NEPRA’s success as an industry resource is our members’ willingness to share best practices with one another. Our Mentor Program connects experienced recruiters with those who are new to the field to share tips of the trade and provide a contact for ongoing discussion and questions.
PLEASE CONSIDER BEING A MENTOR.
- Requires active NEPRA membership.
- Requires 3+ years of physician and advanced practitioner recruitment experience.
- When someone requests being connected with a Mentor, we will approach you to request your availability.
- We ask you to commit to an introductory phone call with the new recruiter. During that call, you will create an informal plan for further communication. Follow-up is up to you- regular calls can be scheduled or the new recruiter may prefer to simply reach out to you as needed.
REQUEST MENTORSHIP.
- Requires active NEPRA membership.
- If you are new to this field, you will be amazed by the talent of our NEPRA membership and our willingness to share ideas despite competing for a small candidate pool.
